Nordstrom Customer Service Rep/Showroom Manager (West Hollywood)

To preserve showroom presentation and cleanliness
• Daily opening and closing duties of the showroom
• Provide superior support to sales reps and customers
• Maintain proper product assortment on display for appointments and prepare necessary selling tools
• Coordinate sales reps’ schedules for appointments and trade shows
• Support sales reps and customer service reps including, but not limited to order entry, sending requested paperwork, mailing catalogs, order status questions, sending OTS, taking new account requests and delivering to appropriate rep,
• Nordstrom EDI support: work with account’s sales team to coordinate correct information for PO’s (item set ups), make necessary changes in SAP, work with allocations department for proper inventory delivery, work with EDI and warehouse to monitor PO status


Job Requirements

Must demonstrate:

• Strong interpersonal skills, organization and ability to communicate
• Must have a flexible schedule to coordinate with sales reps and buyers
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
• Keen analytic, quantitative and problem-solving ability
• Ability to self-start, problem solve and multi-task
• Must be Team player

Experience

• Apparel/Fashion industry experience
• Experience in Management responsibilities
