Prayers for the Roeh's

Readers, I wanted to ask a special favor from you all and ask that you say some special prayers for the Roeh Family, who "the MOM" has a special place in her heart for and asks her Readers to pray for (especially for Rebecca).

The Roeh's are a loving family, who have beautiful daughters and battle each day against physical maladies, and yet continue to find joy and happiness in the beauty of life.

Hello! We are the Roeh's. One great guy, Tom, who lives with four ladies in his house. Yes fellas, it is possible for the man cave to turn pink. We have seen it with our own eyes:) We have twins, Riley and Reagan, and one more, Rebecca. Our family loves the Lord, plays hard, makes great messes, and we are a happy crew. Our littlest girl has a diagnosis of mitochondrial disease. This is bad because there is no known treatment. She currently uses oxygen, a feeding tube, and has glasses. Rebecca keeps us on our toes. She is also full of giggles, sass, and sillies. Her sister Reagan has seizures and autism (possilby due to mitochondrial disease as well). She is super smart, loves to snuggle, and keeps us guessing and laughing most of the time! The leader of our pack is Riley. Beautiful, sweet, girly Riley. She knows what she wants, is sweetly sensitive, and will accessorize anything that stands still for more than 10 seconds! I am the mommy, Joy, and I am usually the author here. My hands are full, but so is my heart.

I don't know if they have any particular devotions so I will ask you to seek intercession from someone that constantly pops back into my life and whom I always find solace in asking for help.  I ask that we seek the intercession of Venerable Solanus Casey. He needs to be touched by a miracle, and so do the Roeh's.

Please take a moment and say the following prayer:

Almighty and Eternal Father, ever loving and merciful, I adore Thee; I give myself to Thee. May I be the person Thou desirest me to be; and may Thy holy will be done in my life today.

Thanking Thee for the gifts Thou didst bestow upon thy faithful servant, Father Solanus Casey, we pray Thee, if it be Thy will, to deign to glorify him on earth by granting through his intercession the miracles which the Church requires for the glorification of her children. Grant also that other good souls may carry on his apostolate of love for the poor, the lonely and the suffering of our world.

Through his example of humble obedience, may we also fully submit to Thy Holy Will in all things. With this firmly in mind, I beseech Thee to grant, through the intercession of thy holy servant Father Solanus the favour I ask that healing and love be sent down upon the Roeh's through your Holy Spirit. I offer my prayer through Jesus Christ, Thy Son, Our Lord. Amen.
