NY-23 problems mean...

...it might not be over...yet.

Ok... so I don't want to get anyone too excited or in an uproar about this, but the NY-23 voting irregularity story seems to be gaining legs.

When the story first broke a week or so ago, the reports were that Hoffman was not 5000-6000 votes down as was originally reported on election night. As you may or may not know he conceded because he apparently was down about 5000 votes with 93% of the vote counted. (That left about 10,000 to be counted).

A little over a week ago reports came out that there were some irregularities and the true number was that he was a little under 3000 votes down with somewhere just under 9000 to vote. Quite a difference, but still nothing to get too excited about.

Where we stand today, isn't too much further off. There still hasn't been a fully certified count yet, because there are enough irregularities and problems, that state officials have started investigating things.

To keep on the story stay tuned to: http://www.tcotreport.com/

Let's see how this pans out over the next week. I don't think at the end of the day that the votes are there, but at this point if there are as many problems as some claim, we really may not know what the true vote count is.
