We’re looking for a passionate, energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and product planning teams.

Responsibilities:
• Organize marketing projects and keep them on schedule
• Interface with internal and external parties
• Coordinate product packaging and other in-box materials
• Coordinate approvals of sample products and other materials
• Coordinate trade show and meeting event activities
• Support marketing research activities, including surveys and focus groups
• Prepare marketing reports
• Create and organize PowerPoint presentation materials
• Communicate with and supporting outside field representatives
• Support web and e-commerce activities

Education/Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
• 2+ years of relevant marketing/communications experience
• Prefer some experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark Xpress, and/or web design programs

Desired Skills:
• Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Graphics, copywriting and proofreading skills a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization, analytical and scheduling skills
• Excellent people skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
• Some travel required.
