Job Description: Hip fashion design house looking for experienced Graphic Designer for T-shirt designs. Ideal candidate MUST have previous experience designing T-shirts and cut & sew knits. You will need to know the lingo and have a full understanding of the T-shirt printing process. You must also have experience managing multiple tasks at once and be able to prioritize work to meet deadlines. You must be willing to take direction from senior designers and merchants and interpret their ideas into your own work. Your design style should be directional but yet be able to interpret high end trends in a way that is consistent with the brand. This candidate must be flexible and adapt to constantly changing business needs.
