Responsibilities Include:

  • -Running personal errands and assisting with special projects
  • -Managing a complex calendar and scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls -Acting as gatekeeper to this executive by answering phones, sorting mail, and responding to emails and other general inquiries
  • -Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
  • -Making sound decisions for the executive based on a solid understanding of business priorities and his personal preferences

Qualifications:

  • -2+ years of EA/PA experience
