Blogger is platform where you can start a free blog for sharing you thoughts. Blogger provides you limited designs, templates or layouts to choose one for your blog. But you can change your blog template and can select a design for your blog from hundreds of freely available blogger templates. You can search Blogger Templates in Google Search or can visit following websites for downloading a free blogger template.
I just listed top and best websites from where you can select a better design or layout for your blog. Now, If you have selected and download a template from above website or any other website, then just follow these steps to change your blog template.
- Download The Blogger Template
- If downloaded file is an XML File then its Ok, if it is a Zip or Rar file then Unzip or Un-compress that file and there will be an XML file within that folder. Just Copy that file and paste it at your Desktop.
- Now, Login to your Blogger Account
- Click at Layout.
- Now Click on EDIT HTML (see below shown picture for assistance)
- Now Click on Browse and select downloaded XML Blogger template file and after this, click on Upload (see below shown picture for further assistance)
- Now, may be a message appear saying ” Widgets are about to be deleted “. Just Click on Confirm and Save (see below shown picture for further assistance)
- That’s it! You have successfully changed your Blogger Template.
