The fellow with id - tamnuk is a fraud. The pattern is clear. He posts a project on freelancing websites such as GetAFreelancer, Scriptlance and elsewhere and asks bidder to bid for his attractive projects.
He strictly denies about paying in escrow (the first sign he gives of duping but unfortunately, we do not understand that) and says that you will be paid only when you complete the whole project.
In addition, he will contact you through any of the messenger as he informs you about his id in a stealthy way in private message board.
One of such duped in freelance was Dr. Rajshree who reported about Tamnuk to GetAFreelancer.
GAF investigated and then banned this fellow.
The fellow is now so tarnished and everywhere, he is almost kicked off.
The providers too discussed about Tamnuk on many public board but who knows, he must be there around you with some other id!
