Compassion is not enough

Dr. Peter Kreeft on what is importantAgape [emphasis mine]:
Agape is not mere pity, mere compassion. We hear a lot about compassion today, but compassion is not enough. A Hindu or Buddhist practices compassion, but he leaces the dying in the street to fulfill his karma ... He does not want to be a busybody. Agape is a busybody; it is active, demanding and revolutionary. It is not feeling; it is action.

There will be more to be said about virtue ... coming soon!
