It Is Business Folks, Although There Is An Accident, Start Them Up Again

The problem with business is that there can be no emergencies, especially when profit is needed and wanted. Sure, that seems like a subjectively silly assumption, but it is the reality of the situation in all businesses. Sure, human error and human virtue naturally figure into it all, but unnaturally perfection in either direction, positive or negative is always expected. That is the problem. The "fat cats" expect that unnatural perfection all the time, either in the direction of the good or the bad, always somehow benefitting them as bosses, and if it does not, then the people under them can be made into scape goats of sorts. Work and bosses are almost always funny that way, unless they are enlightened or spiritual somehow.
To understand the nature of the beast and the best, you have to differentiate between them both. The beast is routine money making necessity no matter what. The best is doing what is needed and wanted (in that order) to create a winner no matter what it may rationally take. But the beast and the best both are unified by one factor and one factor only: It is business folks, although there may be an accident, start them up again until we succeed. Only the beast is a thing that panics if the routine is disturbed. The best is always patient and tolerant until things are solvent.
If there is an emergency, it is better to be the best and rise above yourself, than to be an angry beast and sink below yourself. Money is money, but what works is what works at all levels. That is the simple reality of the situation, money can be part of what works, or part of what does not work. But, what works is what works at all levels no matter what it is. It could be a good or bad accident, but most of the time, like post it notes were created, it is a good accident at best, and a bad Union Carbide accident at worst. But either way, for good or bad, it is going to work. That is my big point. Either way, it is business folks, for good or bad, it is business.
Work and play in that order is what it all comes down to, even if it seems to be not rewarding at times, if you enjoy how you are making the money, all the better. But realistically, it always must be "cranked out" or there is not even a little production to speak of in reality. Make no mistake here, the bottom line is patient, realistic, working production that you have to be at least willing to do or nothing does get achieved. So, a final definition of the good: Steven Spielberg made the movie "Jaws" and persevered through all kinds of production problems and setbacks, but it was incredibly profitable even after all this. My point is that Spielberg was willing to do what was needed to create the good no matter what. Within that example is my point: To create a winner, you have to have an ample supply of patience, understanding and tolerance to do the act of winning, no matter the good or bad in the interim that happens that leads to the ultimate good you want. So, like the title says, start them up folks, this is business, do what is needed to make a deep and genuine profitable impression. So, I end with these seemingly unconnected words: No matter what.
