Solutions for Overcoming Anxiety and Worry

The primary reason for anxiety is the sense of "helplessness". Note, if you find out honestly the main cause of each problem is you own self. People and events out there just act as "triggers." If in your own self does not exist any "cause", the trigger out not to provoke anything.

A sense of helplessness can arise due to a traumatic event. You see someone mugged on the bus. Then you are so scared, so do not dare to travel by bus. Behind your anxiety, there is a sense of helplessness. You want to help the person being mugged, but did not feel strong enough to resist the mugger. Then you’d anxiety. Now, you don't have to worry again about anxiety. There is a good counseling network that has Anxiety Counselors & Therapists that you can join to and you will consulted by expert counselors.

Then, how to overcome yourself of anxiety? Could you be free from anxiety forever? The answer: no! Anxiety is a phenomenon that very, very natural. The Buddha, messiahs and prophets also experience anxiety. Looking at our stupidity, they became "agitated". That's why they are in our midst, but they do not "need" in our midst.

So what's the difference? What distinguishes them from us? Anxiety in them is a trigger for increased awareness. Anxiety in yourself immerses your consciousness. The same fire could be used as a light to illuminate the room. It can also be used to burn the house. They use it as a light to illuminate our world. We use it to burn your-self.

I do not recommend any exercises to counter or cope with anxiety. What I recommend only one - understand your anxiety, powerlessness self-aware. Then empower yourself - that's it.....

If Interfere Once.
  • If the anxiety is so disturbing, rest a moment.
  • Lying on the bed or matted floor.
  • With both feet apart, tenuous and arms are not touching the body, a little bit tenuous. Eyes closed.
  • Breathe slowly through your nose. Inhale, and bloat your stomach. Dispose of breath, pulsate. Do it about 10 minutes.
  • The mind will become clear. And anxiety can turn into a trigger for increased awareness.
