MashON is looking for a Sr. Systems Administrator. As we extend our software platform and add to the hardware infrastructure, the Sr. Systems Administrator will play a key role. Responsibilities will include...
• Planning and maintaining server infrastructure
• Configuring networks and managing traffic
• Maintaining data storage (SQL and Filesystem)
• LAMP administration
• Deployment and Configuration Management
• Monitoring and automation
Requirements
• Proven track record in linux system administration
• Excellent understanding scaling the LAMP stack
• Solid understanding of network and storage architecture
• Experience with:
o Configuration (RPM,SVN)
o Monitoring (Nagios, Zabbix)
o Security (LDAP, Kerberos, ssh)
o Virtualization (VMWare)
o Firewalls (Juniper, iptables)
• 3+ years working experience
Wishful Thinking
• Proven ability to lead
• PHP Programming experience
• Working knowledge of the Magento e-commerce platform
• Mac environment proficiency
