Adoration: How do you spend your time with Jesus...

A lot of people I know have VERY, and I mean VERY different views on what is acceptable in terms of spending time in Adoration, and appropriate behavior.

I for example spend a majority of my time in prayer, meditation, or contemplation. That isn't because I feel it is the only thing one should do, but I like doing so because I feel it offers the most to God and myself. Yet, I have been known to work on Catholic papers, reading, etc... during Adoration. I learned this practice while attending law school, where I was told St. Thomas Aquinas spent many hours "working" in front of the Blessed Sacrament. I decided that if the work is "God's work" then it is appropriate. (For example, I take my "The Spirit of the Liturgy" by then, Cardinal Ratzinger into Adoration with me, and if I stay a long while, may read from it.)

Curious to know what others think, or what "acts/activities" they might do while in Adoration?
