There is also a great degree of freedom as to the type of report that can be generated depending on what the user wants to view. He can also create a general report, but he can customize the settings so that he can have access, for example, to all accounts receivables according to age, client and other qualifying factors. In other words, there is much to benefit from in this type of program, and the old, manual way of managing this aspect of a business becomes too time-consuming, inefficient and inconvenient.
